ONE AT A TIME. How unfair to Cleveland that you picked up another guy, especially after he'd quit his job in an act of good faith. That was a thoughtless move. Sure, you could fill the entire truck full of hard-luck cases, and then let them all down when you get overwhelmed. It would be one thing if you had made progress with Cleveland's problem first, but you picked up the other guy after arriving at a dead job-lead. I have to question the judgement of that move. Good intentions are great, but come on!!!

[R1's RESPONSE] Hey Kevin, you have to understand that we never know what's going to happen out on the road. Decisions are made on the fly and we never claim to know exactly what we are doing. Also, please check out the story again, we actually arrived at a dead cell phone lead, so the job lead is still in the works at this point. Believe me the R1 team felt the pressure on this one. Andre had a hunch with Gary, and they went with it. Watch what happens next week!
