HEY!!!!
I'm a senior student at a highschool, 17 years.
So just yesterday Andre spoke at my Unity church (which Jim also goes to), got to talk to him for a while, and I had nooo idea Jim was involved with something so amazing as this! I talked to Jim here and there because I see him a bunch helping out with the small book store we have and he's always seemed like a very cool guy.
Never did I expect to know someone who's not only famous on TV but to have gotten there by such selfless means!
I told my parents about my encounter with the amazingly grounded and inspirit, Andre, and for some reason my mother couldn't get sleep so she stayed up late becuase she couldn't sleep and decided that she would spend some time googling Andre's name and them emailed me the links which included this site. I just skimmed through some of the crew interviews on the A&E website in the morning before school but when I got home I was completely overwhelmed by all of the episodes and bonus films in the archive on this website. I've now downloaded about 12 or so and I am in awe.
At some point I am sure I will buy some stickers to support this amazing idea that has helped so many.
Everyone in contact and involved with Random 1 has been a completely new motivating inspiration to me and everything I find myself doing from now on. I have been so touched by this ineffably amazing group you guys have brought into being. I never expected to actually tear watching any TV show but now... I just... well it's not just "any TV show" now is it? :)
